This power can come from a renewable energy source or the grid.  If you have set a current limit on the schedule or by the electrician during installation that will determine maximum power.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSolar Assist\u003c\/strong\u003e: \u003cstrong\u003e(Recommended Solar Mode)\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis mode will charge your EV at a minimum of 6 Amps plus any excess solar produced. If solar production is low, power will be drawn from the grid. This is the preferred solar mode, particularly on cloudy days or when you have a smaller solar system.
