BESS Australia – Terms and Conditions

1) MAKING A COMPLAINT:
If you have any concerns or complaints regarding the system, its installation, or this agreement in general, you may lodge a complaint by either:
(i) calling us on the telephone number(s) provided in the quote; or
(ii) submitting a written notice via post or email.

2) SYSTEM RIGHTS, REPOSSESSION, AND COSTS:
If payment is not received when due, https://bessaustralia.com.au/ reserves the right to enter the installation address, with or without prior notice, to recover the system. Any costs incurred in repossessing the system—including loss in value of the recovered system and any associated expenses such as handling, installation, and disbursements—will be your responsibility.

3) REFUNDS:
This agreement may be terminated prior to system installation for any of the reasons listed below, in which case all payments made under this agreement will be refunded by https://bessaustralia.com.au/:
(i) within 10 days of accepting this agreement;
(ii) if the system is not delivered and installed at your property within six (6) weeks of the scheduled installation date;
(iii) if you receive notice of a price increase and choose not to accept the revised price; or
(iv) if the grid connection application is rejected by your energy distributor.
An administration fee of $150 will apply.

4) PRIVACY:

5) COUNTERPARTS:
This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, which together will constitute one single agreement.

7) FEDERAL BATTERY REBATE DISCLAIMER:
A federal battery rebate is anticipated to commence from 1 July 2025, subject to government confirmation. Eligibility criteria, application processes, and rebate amounts will be determined by the Australian Government. https://bessaustralia.com.au/ will update customers as further information becomes available.
