Refunds may be issued where:

  • a returned product meets return eligibility requirements

  • a product is confirmed to be faulty or defective

  • a product supplied is significantly different from what was ordered

Refund eligibility is assessed after inspection of returned products.

Refunds may be reduced where:

  • restocking fees apply

  • installation services have already been completed

  • shipping or administrative costs were incurred

Processing time for approved refunds is generally 5–10 business days.
