Solar & Energy System Installation Terms

Overview

These terms apply to the installation of solar energy systems, battery storage systems, EV chargers, heat pumps, and related equipment supplied by BESS Australia.

Installation Scheduling

Installation dates are scheduled after order confirmation and may depend on product availability, site conditions, and network approvals.

Site Requirements

Customers must ensure that:

• safe access to the installation area is available
  

• roof structures are suitable for installation
  

• electrical infrastructure meets applicable standards
  

Additional work may be required where site conditions differ from the original assessment.

Network Approvals

System installation and operation may require approval from electricity network providers.

Export limits or connection requirements may affect system configuration.

BESS Australia is not responsible for delays caused by network approval processes.

Energy Production Estimates

Solar energy production estimates are indicative only and are based on modelling tools.

Actual performance may vary depending on:

• weather conditions
  

• shading
  

• system maintenance
  

• electricity network export limits
  

Installation Delays

Installation schedules may change due to:

• weather conditions
  

• safety requirements
  

• equipment availability
  

• regulatory or network approvals
  

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

• accurate site information is provided
  

• safe working conditions exist at the installation site
  

• necessary approvals for property modifications are obtained where required.
  

Compliance

All installations are performed in accordance with applicable electrical standards and regulations.
