Overview

BESS Australia supplies renewable energy products including solar panels, battery systems, inverters, EV chargers, heat pumps, and related equipment.

This Return Policy outlines when products may be returned.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

• the request is made within the return window
  

• the item is unused and uninstalled
  

• the item is in original packaging
  

• proof of purchase is provided
  

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• installed systems or equipment
  

• custom-ordered products
  

• items damaged through misuse or unauthorised modification
  

• completed installation services
  

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns:

• customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs
  

• supplier restocking fees may apply
  

If a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, BESS Australia may arrange return shipping at no cost to the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is inspected.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.
